I have made it my life's work to guide people in their healing journey. Helping individuals come home to themselves, cultivate confidence, and live an embodied life is not just my profession, it's my passion.
I began my career as biologist, researcher, and animal behaviorist. Studying and working with animals required me to gain expertise in reading non-verbal communication. I also acquired a deep appreciation for anatomy and physiology, and the deeply complex ways internal and external environments shape the behavior of an organism.
In my late 20s I began delving deep into my own personal healing work. This lead to a career change, where I combined my passions for research, biology, and psychology and pursed a Master's in Somatic Psychology.
With extensive training - I take the best of what I have learned from experts in the fields of interpersonal neurobiology, somatic psychology, attachment theory, and trauma research to provide a unique and comprehensive approach to my work with clients.
She was featured on a coaching podcast talking about trauma and somatic therapy.
